In the UK, daylight saving time (DST) ends on Sunday, October 25, 2026. At 2:00 AM local time the clocks fall back one hour to 1:00 AM, so you gain an hour of sleep and mornings get lighter.

UK clocks move to British Summer Time (BST) on the last Sunday of March and back to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) on the last Sunday of October. The rest of the EU changes on the same two Sundays, all synchronised to 01:00 UTC.
